  Doesn't the society that produced those very specific killers (officers in uniform) deserve a look?

  Of course. And don't forget they aren't part of some insular, separate society. BLM, the right-wing extremists, the left wing extremists, the people with moderate views on all sides, the religious, the non-religious, the protesters, the police, the government, all who vote or don't.....they're all part of the same society.

  They all have an influence on each other.

  The policies put in place by the people you and I vote for have effect on all of us.

  Thinking otherwise would be silly. It would also be dangerous, as it would give one the idea that the problem is caused exclusively by 'the others'. It would stop them from looking at society as a whole and working together to solve the issues society faces.

  Do You Think “Protestors “Should Be Able To Shut Down Bridges Highways and Hospital Emergency Areas?

  some believe protesters have the “right” to block main roads, traffic and other places simply because they have a right to protest something.. in la, two deputies were ambushed and shot in the head and as the ambulance tried to take the fallen deputies to the emergency room, protesters blocked the way chanting they wished the police would die!

  in nyc blm protesters blocked the george washington bridge and other major highways and streets to protest for their cause.. do you think this is acceptable?

  Just wondering...AFAIK some in the USA are strong proponents of the right to bear arms. One of their arguments is that one day they might need these weapons to rise up against an oppressive (or otherwise dangerous?) regime.

  I take it in such a situation they would find the use of intentional deadly force against (perceived loyalist) government agents (police, military) justified and well within their rights.

  Not at all saying the current regime in the USA is oppressive, I'm wondering about where the boundaries are.

  What methods are justified to protest in which kinds of situations?

  Armed revolt isn't off the table per se.

  What about lesser forms of violence?Blocking a road? Etc.

  Again, I'm not endorsing any side or agreeing with current protests...I'm just wondering.

  Thanks for taking the effort trying to decipher what I meant!

  With 'subtitled version' I mean video files with subtitles (or closed captions) written on the bottom of the screen.
  Most videos publicly available on jw.org have these available in English and many other languages.

  the latest jwdotorg experience tells of using video conferencing to hold congregation meetings inside jail for prisoners.

  it says that the prison director himself and his wife have also started attending the zoom meetings and quotes him as saying.

  The prison chief saying 'Bible education' could simply be a case of the JW translator showing his bias for familiar expressions.

  I agree many JW experiences are suspect..and many of them would go like 'a director of a prison in a Latin American country' instead of mentioning details. This one includes specific details, so I think there might be some truth to it
